Mr. George Nicholas, Jr. is founder and managing partner of The Nicholas Group, LLC located in Palm Desert, California. Mr. Nicholas has led an extensive career in real estate development in the Palm Springs and Palm Desert region. During the past 18-years, Mr. Nicholas has been involved in the development of residential and commercial projects that have helped to define and shape many of the southern California desert communities. Mr. Nicholas began his construction career in 1985 at the age of nineteen. In 1987 he formed his own business, Nicholas Development, a successful custom residential real estate company which he ran for 9 years. While at Nicholas Development, Mr. Nicholas personally oversaw the development of numerous luxury residential estate properties. Among his developments are Mesa View Estates in Palm Desert, a multi-million dollar private residential community. Mr. Nicholas brings significant expertise in land assessment, building design, contractor management and project oversight to each of his ventures.
