Mr. Ken Meddock is the owner of Vale Consulting, a consulting firm located in Irvine, California. His firm provides consulting services to regional land developers and homebuilders. His major clients include Centex Homes, Standard Pacific Homes, Santaluz/DMB, The Irvine Company, Lewis Homes, Woodbridge Development, Richmond American Homes, and many others. Mr. Meddock's areas of expertise include strategic planning supported by detailed financial analysis, market review, due diligence, cost review and value engineering, public financing, optimization studies, land sales and land acquisitions. At present, Mr. Meddock is providing consulting services on land development projects in Orange County, San Diego County, and northern California, and has been performing due diligence on potential projects in Hawaii, Texas and Arizona. Prior to starting his own consulting firm, Mr. Meddock was the Director of Land Development for Brighton Development.
