Mr. Paul Kosturos serves as Chief Operating Officer for The Nicholas Group. He is responsible for day-to-day operations at the firm and oversees corporate policy and internal procedures. Mr. Kosturos brings 23 years of Fortune 500 management experience to The Nicholas Group with expertise in the areas of strategic planning, finance, corporate policy, and sales & marketing. Mr. Kosturos formerly worked at IBM and served as Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Hewlett Packard-Agilent Technologies. During his 16 years at HP-Agilent, Mr. Kosturos was responsible for $60 million in internal asset management worldwide and directed the activities of more than 100 employees. His tenure at HP-Aligent included significant cost savings achievements and the development of operational policies that delivered improved product distribution and sales management worldwide. As a long-time associate of George Nicholas, Mr. Kosturos contributes significantly to the strong teamwork and trusted working relationships at The Nicholas Group. In addition to maintaining company operations, Mr. Kosturos oversees the development of project budgets, asset acquisition, legal issues, and risk management. Mr. Kosturos received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco. He and his wife Dena have three children and currently reside in Indian Wells, California. |
