Mr. Michael Kiner is president of The Kiner Group, an award winning real estate development company based in Rancho Mirage, California. The Kiner Group, or its entities, has been actively involved in the Coachella Valley real estate industry since 1982. The company’s focus has been in both commercial and residential development. Mr. Kiner, a lifelong resident of the Coachella Valley, is both a licensed architect and a licensed general contractor. Mr. Kiner has completed over 60 projects, primarily in the Coachella Valley, and his diversity is evident in the nature of these projects. In addition, Mr. Kiner has designed and built over 40 custom residences ranging in size from 1,600 to 11,000 square feet. The Kiner Group’s recent work also includes the successful design and development of two adjacent projects in Rancho Mirage. Mr. Kiner has joined with Jerson Investments, L.L.C. to develop Montelena, a 71-home residential community on Highway 111 in Indian Wells. |
