Mr. Brad W. Estill is the owner of Scheduling Consultants, Inc., a consulting firm located in Newport Beach, California. His firm provides consulting services to regional land developers and homebuilders since 1991. His major clients include The Irvine Company, Lennar Communities, Rancho Mission Viejo Company, and many others. Mr. Estill specializes in providing computerized CPM scheduling to assist client management in the planning and execution phase of their project. At present, Mr. Estill is providing consulting services on land development projects in Orange County, Riverside County, LA County and also projects in Arizona, Colorado and Nevada. Prior to starting his own consulting firm, Mr. Estill was a project engineer with Westinghouse Corporation coordinating the design, fabrication and construction of Waste to Energy facilities. Prior to joining Westinghouse, Mr. Estill was with Fluor Corporation for 8 years as a Cost Scheduling Engineer providing project controls on petrochemical plants in Saudi Arabia, and Southern California. Mr. Estill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University and lives in Huntington Beach, California. |
